Repository and Pull Request Data

When you connect repositories to Tenpace, we receive webhook events from GitHub containing:

• Pull request metadata (title, description, author, reviewers, status, labels)
• Review activity (approvals, change requests, comments)
• CI/CD check status

We do not access or store your source code. We only process pull request metadata necessary to provide notifications and workflow features.

Usage Data

We may collect information about how you access and use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To send PR notifications to your configured Slack channels
• To deliver webhook events to your configured endpoints
• To send daily digests, PR reminders, and standup recaps

Your data is stored on servers hosted by Fly.io. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable. OAuth tokens and API keys are stored encrypted.

We retain your account information and associated data for as long as your account is active. Pull request data is retained to provide historical context for your workflow. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
