These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tenpace platform and website at tenpace.com (the "Service"), operated by Tenpace ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Tenpace is a developer workflow platform that provides:

  • Pull request notifications and tracking via Slack
  • Webhook events for PR lifecycle and workflow automation
  • Team management and review workflow configuration
  • API access for programmatic integration

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by authenticating with a supported provider (GitHub, Google, or email). You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Exceed reasonable API rate limits or abuse webhook endpoints

  • API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly
  • Webhook secrets must be verified using HMAC signature validation
  • We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend API access for abuse
  • Webhook endpoints that consistently fail may be automatically disabled

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Free and Paid Plans

The Service may offer free and paid tiers. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or plan limits with reasonable notice. Free tier limitations may change at any time.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
